Intended Audience: Incident Senders, Incident Creators, Incident Managers, Incident Reviewers, ManageBridge Users 

Critical events evolve quickly. Incident Operators are responsible for adapting and managing messaging as these events unfold. This certification prepares learners to launch, update, and close Incidents as part of that process. Within the course you will: 

  • Launch scenarios and incidents
  • Adjust variables within an incident

A final assessment must be passed with 80% or higher to receive the Incident Communications Operator Certification.
