Users can now view the details of their upcoming and past itineraries alongside their other Notifications and Safety buttons from the Everbridge 360™ Mobile and Desktop Apps. This enhancement is free for all Travel Protector customers and won't affect preexisting settings. Release Date: Late July |
Safety Event API – Personal Safety Devices |
Users can now register Safety Devices in Everbridge Suite and link them to a contact using the new Safety Event API. This allows SOS or Check-in events from registered devices to be sent to Everbridge, creating a Last Known Location for the device owner. Additionally, CEM alerts for SOS events will be visible in Visual Command Center. This API is a paid add-on to the Safety Connection and People Resilience packages.
