What's New in Everbridge 360™ (Includes Mass Notifications unless otherwise specified)
Custom Role Permissions for Email Ingestion
Custom Roles now support two new permissions that can be assigned to users for greater flexibility in accessing or handling sensitive email ingestion data: 
  • View Ingestions
  • Create, edit, and delete Ingestions

This enhancement comes at no additional cost and won't affect preexisting settings.

Group Management UI Improvements

The Groups page's user interface has been upgraded with the following enhancements:

  • The Group tree frame has been expanded for a better view of longer Group names. 
  • The Group details now include a new breadcrumb of the group​, allowing users to quickly identify the selected group and which parent group it belongs to.

What's New in Crisis Management
Share Situation Reports

Situation Reports can now be emailed directly to contacts during various stages of a Critical Event to keep stakeholders apprised of the latest status and response efforts.

Situation Reports can be shared from two areas:

  • Situation Reports list on the Critical Event Details page
  • Edit Situation Report page

This feature is free for all Crisis Management customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

What's New in Travel Protector
View Itineraries in Everbridge 360 Apps™

Users can now view the details of their upcoming and past itineraries alongside their other Notifications and Safety buttons from the Everbridge 360™ Mobile and Desktop Apps.

What's New in Safety Connection
Safety Event API – Personal Safety Devices​

Users can now register Safety Devices in Everbridge Suite and link them to a contact using the new Safety Event API. This allows SOS or Check-in events from registered devices to be sent to Everbridge, creating a Last Known Location for the device owner. Additionally, CEM alerts for SOS events will be visible in Visual Command Center. 

This API is a paid add-on to the Safety Connection and People Resilience packages.

Minor Improvements to Existing Features - All Products
Product Feature Area Feature Description Benefits
Mass Notification Contact Management Scheduling Indicates that a calendar is linked to a group when the user doesn’t have access to the calendar. Users cannot see the name of the calendar if they do not have access to it.​ Lets users know that a group is linked to a calendar even if they do not have access to the calendar.
Mass Notification Contact Management Scheduling Argentina is available for selection for the holidays. Allows users to see the holidays for Argentina on their calendars and plan around them as needed.
Mass Notification Member Portal Additional Information Fields Updated text for additional information fields on the Member Portal. Provides contacts with a more generic description of what the additional information fields are used for.
Mass Notification Contact/User Management Time Zone (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (America/Swift_Current) is now a selectable time zone for user and contact creation.  Allows users and contacts to be registered in their correct time zone.
