Everbridge Community is a centralized web and mobile experience where residents can view public-safety communications, manage profile settings, and access subscriptions from participating organizations. It is available through the Everbridge Community website and the Public Safety by Everbridge mobile application. Availability may vary by region.
One Everbridge Community profile can bring together existing Open Member Portal profile subscriptions and Community subscriptions, including subscriptions migrated from Nixle. These remain separate subscription types but are available through one experience.
Everbridge Community is different from the traditional Everbridge Member Portal. Everbridge Community uses verification codes instead of traditional passwords. Existing Member Portal sign-in and sign-up links may direct residents to Everbridge Community for authentication before returning them to the appropriate Member Portal page.
Everbridge Community provides a consistent desktop and mobile experience that allows residents to:
- Update contact and profile information.
- Manage notification preferences.
- View communications from the Home Feed.
- Use Find More Subscriptions to discover Community subscriptions and public Member Portals.
- Open Alert Details to view complete communications and attachments.
- Use the preferred-language switcher; AI translation may be available for some communications.
- View subscription and organization details and continue to the appropriate subscription-management process.
- Select Import to find and link existing Member Portal accounts.
