How to print and save knowledge articles as PDF documents.
Description
To save Everbridge knowledge articles to read offline, users can follow the steps below;
- Locate the article you wish to download.
- Click the Print icon on the article page.
- From the pop-up, choose a printer or click PDF to save to a PDF file.
