How to save knowledge articles as a PDF documents.

Description

To save Everbridge knowledge articles to read offline, users can follow the steps below;

1. Locate the article you wish to download.
2. Click the Print icon on the article page.

3. From the pop-up, choose a printer or click PDF to save to a PDF file.
