How to open a support request (aka ticket or case) in the Everbridge Support Center.
Description:
To open a request in the Everbridge Support Center follow these steps:
- Log in to the Manager Portal.
- From the upper right-hand corner of the page, click on the question mark icon.
- Click on Everbridge Support Center.
- Once you are logged in to the Support Center click on Submit a request
- Fill out the Submit a Request form
