How to open a support request (aka ticket or case) in the Everbridge Support Center.


To open a request in the Everbridge Support Center follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal.
  2. From the upper right-hand corner of the page, click on the question mark icon.
  3. Click on Everbridge Support Center.

  1. Once you are logged in to the Support Center click on Submit a request



  1. Fill out the Submit a Request form
