How to restrict users from directly contacting Everbridge in the Everbridge Support Center
Description
The Everbridge Support Center (EBSC) currently features three different levels of access, according to the profiles detailed below. All new users are created with the "Standard" profile unless otherwise specified.

Support Center Standard User |
The default access level is granted to new users. Includes access to all standard EBSC features as outlined in knowledge article Support Center: Your Guide to the Everbridge Support Center Experience. |
Support Center Limited User |
Limited users have access to the same general features as standard users, except for the following:
Contact Everbridge Technical Support to provide users with this limited access level by default. |
Support Center Super User |
Super users have access to the same general features as standard users, plus the following:
Contact Everbridge Technical Support to provide users with this super user access level by default. |
