Everbridge CEM: September 2024 Release Notes

The interface for the Add User and Update User pages has been optimized for a more modern feel, displaying general user information in a style more consistent with other pages of the Manager Portal. 

Some other minor improvements have been made, such as a folding display of control buttons and stricter permission control for cross-Organizational User management.​

The Event Log report will now include changes made to Groups, making it easier for Account Administrators to investigate and troubleshoot issues related to Group edits.

Users can now upload up to 100 devices simultaneously from the Safety Device Registration page by completing and uploading the provided CSV template. 

This feature is available to customers utilizing Safety Event API and Safety Devices registration, which are add-ons to Safety Connection and People Resilience packages.

When a Risk and Destination Booking Alert is sent, in addition to the Country and Risk level, the travel manager and GSOC operators can now see the Segment Type, Arrival City, Arrival Date, and location as well as the Name, External ID, Record Type and PNR of the traveler.

This enhancement is free for all Travel Protector customers and won't affect preexisting settings.

The new Alert Management page provides an "inbox-style“, mobile-optimized interface to manage Alerts generated within your Organization. This provides a simpler way for GSOC operators to manage Alerts from outside of the VCC Operator Console.

Roles with access to the Visual Command Center can now restrict visibility to specific Contact groups. This enhancement allows organizations to control which Roles have access to certain Contacts within the Visual Command Center and Alerts.

The Visual Command Operator Console has been enhanced to automatically update Contacts and non-building Asset Types based on zoom level, allowing users to see location updates to Contacts and Assets without refreshing or reloading the Operator Console.
