How to unsubscribe or opt out from receiving all Everbridge notifications from all organizations via all delivery methods.
Description
To unsubscribe or opt out of receiving all Everbridge notifications from all organizations regardless of delivery method (email, SMS, and voice), you can delete your Everbridge member portal account or use the channel-specific unsubscribe options described below.
Option 1 – Stop all notifications from all organizations (all delivery methods)
To stop all Everbridge notifications from all organizations via all delivery methods, navigate to the member portal and follow these steps:
Sign in to the member portal.
Under the My Profile section, click the Delete My Account button.
If you are unable to log in to your member portal, contact your Everbridge account administrator or the organization that sent you the notification and request that your account or contact record be removed.
Option 2 – Stop specific delivery methods (email, SMS, or voice)
If you only want to stop a specific delivery method (for example, stop phone calls and emails but continue receiving text messages), use the unsubscribe / opt-out options for that channel:

Option 3 – Unsubscribe per organization
Because Everbridge does not manage its clients' contact data and does not have authority to edit or remove contacts on behalf of organizations, you may need to work directly with the sender:
Check for an unsubscribe link at the bottom of Everbridge notification emails from that organization.
Log into your specific organization's Everbridge portal and update your profile or delete your account, if available.
Contact the specific organization that sent you the notifications and ask them to update or remove your contact information from their Everbridge system.
