How to change your username in Everbridge Suite.

Description

A User can change their username by following the steps below.

Important: If a user left the most recent edits to an email ingestion configuration OR used their username to configure iPaaS settings, then after changing their username, they must update those settings as well.

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal
  2. Click on the profile icon
  3. Select My Account 
  4.

  1. Select Change username

  1. Enter the new username in the Change Username field
  2. Enter the current password in the Password field
  3. Click Save
