How to change an Everbridge Organization Contact name.

Description

If you have registered with Everbridge and subsequently notice your first and/or last name are incorrect and would like them changed, contact your Everbridge Administrator to update them.

If you are an Everbridge Administrator and need to update the name of a Contact, you can update the Contact name in the Manager Portal and in the contact upload file if there is one.
