Everbridge Suite offers three primary voicemail preference options for voice notifications:

  • Message Only: Leaves a voicemail message for the contact, but does not ask the contact to confirm receipt of the notification.

  • Message with Confirmation: Leaves a voicemail message and requests confirmation of receipt. This option is what triggers the callback/1-800 confirmation flow, allowing contacts to call back and confirm the notification.
