Static Location Types in Contact Record |
Administrators can now configure Organization-level location type labels from Settings > Contacts/Assets (or Contacts and Groups) > Contact Static Location Types to add to static locations for an additional filtering layer for dynamic groups, rules, and reports or for filtering static locations by type in Visual Command Center. Expatriate Static Location Type |
Administrators can now configure the Expatriate Static location type, including the Start and End dates, to specify the location where expatriate contacts are staying during their time abroad. Expats will only be affected by Risk Events occurring in their expatriation country while the Expatriate location is effective. They can set their expatriation address along with the start and end dates of their expatriation. Additionally, the expatriate location follows pre-trip advisory suppression rules for domestic travel. This feature is free for all Travel Protector customers and won't affect preexisting settings. Post-Booking Approval Process |
Administrators can now set an approval process for travelers' itineraries based on the countries they are traveling to from the new Travel Policies page. They can define travel policies by country risk levels, along with an approval questionnaire and Notification settings. When a traveler books a trip to a country that requires approval, the approval process is automatically triggered. A review form is sent to the traveler, and reviewers are notified of the submission, allowing them to approve or deny the trip. Travelers are then notified of the approval or denial of their trip. This feature is available to all Travel Protector customers and won't affect preexisting settings. If needed, it can be disabled by Support upon request. Release Date: Last Week of April |
Filter Contacts by Static Location Types |
Administrators can now configure contact filters using Static Location Types, providing greater flexibility in managing contact data. GSOC Operators can then filter contacts by Static Location Types within the Visual Command Center operator console, enabling them to view specific groups of contacts more efficiently.
