Expatriate Static Location Type

Administrators can now configure the Expatriate Static location type, including the Start and End dates, to specify the location where expatriate contacts are staying during their time abroad. Expats will only be affected by Risk Events occurring in their expatriation country while the Expatriate location is effective. They can set their expatriation address along with the start and end dates of their expatriation.

Additionally, the expatriate location follows pre-trip advisory suppression rules for domestic travel.

Post-Booking Approval Process

Administrators can now set an approval process for travelers' itineraries based on the countries they are traveling to from the new Travel Policies page. They can define travel policies by country risk levels, along with an approval questionnaire and Notification settings. When a traveler books a trip to a country that requires approval, the approval process is automatically triggered. A review form is sent to the traveler, and reviewers are notified of the submission, allowing them to approve or deny the trip.

Travelers are then notified of the approval or denial of their trip.
