How to remove a contact from the Resident Connection database in the Everbridge platform.
Description
Organizations using Resident Connection 2.0 can delete resident contacts from within the interface without needing to open a Support ticket requesting the removal.
- Log in to your Manager Portal account and proceed to the Organization level.
- Navigate to Contacts > Resident Connection > Resident Opt Outs.
- Enter the resident's phone number that needs to be opted out and click Verify Resident.
- Verify that the phone number is associated with the correct resident, and if so, select the checkbox for the disclaimer.
- Click Opt Out Phone Number to remove the phone number from all resident
records where it exists.
