How to remove your data from a public member portal in Everbridge Suite.
Public Member Portals will have the option Don't have an account? Sign Up. If this option does not show, the portal is classed as private and any data removal or update requests will need to be directed to the Organization.
Everbridge Technical Support is unable to assist with updating or removing data.
To remove your data from a public member portal, follow the steps below:
Access the organization's member portal.
Log in to your account.
If you are unsure of your username or password, follow the links for Forgot Username or Forgot Password.
Under the My Profile (Edit) section, select the Delete My Account option.
You will then be directed back to the main log in screen and your data removed from the Organization.
