SMS Sender ID Registration Requirements in Thailand.

This article describes the SMS Sender ID registration requirements for Thailand. 

Types of Sender IDs with Registration Requirements

1. Alphanumeric

Client-dedicated sender IDs of types noted above require registration. Everbridge shared sender IDs, such as those noted in our Global SMS Codes page, are already registered appropriately and do not require any action.

Alphanumeric Sender ID Requirements

Registration Process

Open a ticket with Everbridge Technical Support for Thailand alphanumeric SMS Sender ID registration and provide the following information:

1. Company name
2. Company registration number:
   1. If local company in Thailand, then registration number provided by the authorities.
   2. If non-local company, then VAT number or registration number provided from the country that the company is registered in .
3. Alphanumeric sender ID you wish to register.
   1. If this ID is has no relevance to the company name, then an additional LOA (Letter of Authorization) will be required; contact Technical Support for additional details.
4. Brand URL(s), if any, that you wish to be whitelisted. This is in the case that you plan on having your own brand URLs in your SMS messages.

Registration Timeline

4 weeks from the time we have received all necessary information/documents.
