How to enable Incident Escalations in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Incident Escalations can be enabled by either an Account Administrator or an Organization Administrator. To enable Incident Escalations for an Organization in Everbridge Suite, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization
- Select Settings > Organization > Notifications > Default Options
- Select the Incident tab under Default Options
- Toggle the Escalation button to On
- Click Save
