How to enable notification escalations in Everbridge Suite.
Description
To enable notification escalation for an organization in Everbridge Suite, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select your Organization.
- Click on the Settings tab from the top of the page.
- Click Notifications from the left.
- Click Default Options from the sub-menu.
- From Notification Escalations, select the desired checkboxes for Incident Management and Mass Notification.
- Click Save.
