Types of Sender IDs with Registration Requirements
Client-dedicated Sender IDs noted below require registration.
If a type of sender ID is not noted above, then no registration is required. Note that Everbridge-provided shared sender IDs, such as those found in our Global SMS Codes Support Center article, are already registered accordingly and do not require any registration action on behalf of clients.

Registration Process
Begin by downloading the "SMS Sender ID Registration - Turkey.zip" file found at the bottom of this article. Extract the contents and fill out the included form completely. Return the completed form to our Technical Support team.
In Turkey, the messaging provider’s technical or engineering team typically handles the sender ID registration with local carriers on your behalf. After you submit the completed form and any requested documentation (for example, a copy of your business license) to Everbridge Technical Support, we coordinate with the provider, who will:
- Submit the sender ID registration request and perform internal verification.
- Notify you when registration is complete.
- Ask you to perform an external test from your Everbridge organization to confirm message delivery using the newly registered sender ID.
