Sending an Organization's CAP RSS feed link to subscribers.
Description
For subscribers to take advantage of the CAP RSS feed capability, they will need the CAP RSS Feed Link to import into their RSS feed reader. Follow the steps below to locate and distribute an Organization's CAP RSS Feed Link to subscribers:
- Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization
- Select Settings > Organization > CAP Channels > Default
- Right-click and copy the CAP RSS Feed Link.
- Distribute the link to subscribers for them to paste into their desired RSS feed reader.
