Description
What is Everbridge 360 Alert Management?
Alert Management serves as an "inbox-style" interface to manage alerts generated within your Organization. Alert Management provides a list and card view of the same Alerts that are visible in the Visual Command Center's Operator Console.
Accessing Alert Management
Alert Management can be accessed from both Everbridge 360 and legacy menus.
Everbridge 360: Organization > Situational Awareness > Alert Management.
Legacy: Organization > Top Menu > Alert Management
Views
Alert Management supports both list and card views, as well as dark and light modes.

List View
List View provides an "inbox-style" list view that can be sorted by of the column headers in ascending or descending order. Click on the Alert to open the Alert Details Panel.
Card
Card View provides a "card-view" of each alert sorted into columns by Severity. Click on the Alert to open the Alert Details Panel.

Alert Details Panel
Alert Details
The Alert Details panel will display details of the Alert and allows the Operator to take Actions. The Alert Details panel will display:

Alert Actions
Alert Actions | Icon | Comments |
Acknowledge | Acknowledging the alerts removes that from Alert Management "Active" Status and also from the Visual Command Center Operator console "Active" alert feed. | |
Snooze | Temporarily removes the alert from Alert Management until a time that the Operator specifies, or the alert is updated. | |
Communications | ||
Launch Physical Security | Available with the purchase with Everbridge 360 Physical Security Add-On | |
View in Visual Communications | Take the User to Visual Command Center to that specific Alert. | |
Add Notes | Notes will appear in Alert History. | |
Alert Report | Downloads the same Alert report that is available in Visual Command Center Operator Console. |
Note: Actions can be taken on Alerts either from Alert Management or the Visual Command Center Operator Console. Action taken in either location will update automatically in the other location when the Alert feed updates.
Assets
The Alert Details panel will display Affected Asset summaries for the Alert. Affected items could include:
- Assets
- Contacts
- Locations
- Travel
Assign Alert Owner
Alert Owners can be assigned from the Alert Details panel.
Note: Owners must have a User Account that is linked to a Contact Record. User Accounts that are not linked to a Contact record will not be displayed when selecting an Owner.
Alert History
The Alert history will contain an audit log record of all the Alert activities.
Mobile Optimization
The Alert Management page is optimized for viewing on a mobile device. If Alert Management is accessed from a mobile device, the page will render in mobile view.
Note: Communications launched from Alert Management when the User is viewing the mobile-optimized view, will be a limited, mobile-optimized Communications interface.
Alert Management Alert Variable
There is a new Alert Mangement link variable ( _CEM Link to Alert Management ). This variable provides a URL to open the specific Alert in the Alert Management user interface.
