VCC: List of CEM and VCC Incident Variables and Types Used in Visual Command Center

Topic

List of CEM and VCC incident variables and types used in Visual Command Center (VCC).

Description

VCC uses both CEM and VCC-specific incident variables. These variables come in three types:

  • Autofill variables: VCC can autofill these with information from an alert.
  • Action variables: Prompt VCC to perform an action.
  • Operator fill variables: Allow the operator to fill in text.

The table below lists the available CEM and VCC-specific variables, their types, options and use. For more information on editing incident variables please see knowledge base article  EBS: How to Edit Information Variables Used in Incident Templates in Everbridge Suite.
