What Mobile Device Management (MDM) are compatible with the Everbridge 360 App and the Everbridge Mobile App?

Answer

Everbridge does not maintain a list of compatible MDM systems. The Everbridge 360 App and the Everbridge Mobile App include support for configuration via MDM systems that support the AppConfig standard. This includes some custom configuration ability for the apps themselves as well as functionality provided natively by the MDM systems. Using an MDM system of your choice that supports the AppConfig standard will allow the following actions to be taken with the Everbridge 360 and Everbridge Mobile App:

• Provide the app in an internal app store
• Push the app to managed devices
• Remotely wipe the app from managed devices
• Prohibit copy and paste functionality in the app
• Prohibit access to notification attachments
• Populate the SSO keyphrase during login
