SMS - Unsubscribe or Opt Out From Receiving SMS Notifications From All Everbridge Organizations.

Description

SMS STOP ALL allows recipients of Everbridge SMS notifications to send a response to opt out of receiving any SMS messages from any organization within the Everbridge system. For instance, one of your contacts may be receiving notifications from you and may also be opted into another Everbridge Account.

Recipients who respond with STOP ALL (not case sensitive) will not receive any SMS messages from the Everbridge system and will be listed on the Notification History and the Unsubscribe Requests Quick Report.

The STOP ALL keyword also blocks messages to contacts who have not received SMS messages from you. This means the unsubscribe applies to all current Everbridge organizations that might send you SMS messages, as well as any Everbridge organizations you may be added to in the future.

To resume receiving SMS notifications after sending STOP ALL, text RESUME (not case sensitive) to any of Everbridge's SMS short codes.
