Voice - Subscribe, Resubscribe, Opt-In, Resume Receiving Everbridge Voice Notifications.

Description

Contacts who have unsubscribed or opted-out of receiving Everbridge voice notifications can continue to receive voice messages by calling one of the numbers provided below and following the prompts. Once the contact has opted back in to receiving messages, their phone number will be removed from the unsubscribe list. See knowledge article EBS: Viewing Unsubscribe/Opt-Out Requests in Everbridge Suite for more information on the unsubscribe list.

NOTE: The numbers listed below are for users who log into the Manager Portal at manager.everbridge.net. The re-subscribe mechanism will detect the caller's ID and only allow to re-subscribe that number. Re-subscribe is only available in the English language.
