Voice - Resubscribe or resume receiving Everbridge Voice Notifications.

Description

Contacts who have unsubscribed or opted-out of receiving Everbridge Voice Notifications can continue to receive voice messages by calling one of the numbers provided below and following the prompts. Once the Contact has opted back in to receiving messages, their phone number will be removed from the unsubscribe list. See knowledge article EBS: Viewing Unsubscribe or Opt-Out Requests in Everbridge Suite for more information on the unsubscribe list.

NOTE: The re-subscribe mechanism will detect the caller's ID and only allow that caller ID number to re-subscribe. Resubscribe is only available in the English language.

Once the call connects, follow the prompts to opt in. You'll hear a confirmation message once you complete the process.

Note that resubscribe is only available in English for now. You should now be able to unsubscribe or resubscribe for voice notifications.
