Topic
Voice - Resubscribe or resume receiving Everbridge Voice Notifications.
Description
Contacts who have unsubscribed or opted-out of receiving Everbridge Voice Notifications can continue to receive voice messages by calling one of the numbers provided below and following the prompts. Once the Contact has opted back in to receiving messages, their phone number will be removed from the unsubscribe list. See knowledge article EBS: Viewing Unsubscribe or Opt-Out Requests in Everbridge Suite for more information on the unsubscribe list.
NOTE: The re-subscribe mechanism will detect the caller's ID and only allow that caller ID number to re-subscribe. Resubscribe is only available in the English language.
NOTE: If a contact cannot be resubscribed through the standard voice resubscription service because phone is configured to only receive calls and cannot dial out, you can contact Everbridge Technical Support to request that they manually remove the contact from the unsubscribed list, ensuring the number can again receive alerts and notifications.
