This knowledge base article explains how to unsubscribe (opt-out, remove, stop) receiving voice notifications from Everbridge.

Everbridge allows contacts to opt-out of receiving phone calls via a prompt at the end of a voice message if this option is enabled in the organization.   1. Select Phone as a delivery path for a notification.
