Voice - Allow Contacts to Unsubscribe or Opt Out From Receiving Everbridge Voice Notifications.
Description
The ability for contacts to unsubscribe or opt-out of receiving Everbridge voice notifications is controlled by an organization setting. By default this setting is not enabled. To allow contacts to unsubscribe or opt out of receiving Everbridge voice notifications, this setting needs to be enabled by an account or organization administrator. Once enabled, contacts can unsubscribe or opt out of receiving phone calls via a prompt at the end of a voice message.
To enable this setting follow the steps below:
- Log into the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your organization
- Select Settings > Organization > Notifications > Delivery Methods
- Under Allow unsubscribe from toggle Phone
