Problem

When accessing systems in everbridge.com sites or everbridge.net sites, you receive one of the following messages:

• Domain not found.
• Unable to resolve server.
• The connection was interrupted.
• The connection was reset.
• The connection has timed out.
• ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.

Root Cause

To improve speed and efficiency we are upgrading our infrastructure. This move could cause temporarily cause the symptoms listed above.

Solution
