When accessing systems in everbridge.com sites or everbridge.net sites, you receive one of the following messages:
- Domain not found.
- Unable to resolve server.
- The connection was interrupted.
- The connection was reset.
- The connection has timed out.
To improve speed and efficiency we are upgrading our infrastructure. This move could cause temporarily cause the symptoms listed above.

If clearing the cache from your browser or external application does not resolve the issue, please create a case with Everbridge Technical Support.
