Can contacts change their security question/answer for the Everbridge Member Portal?
Answer
No. Contacts cannot change their security question or their security answer. The only way to resolve this situation is to create a new contact using one of the two methods below:
- Delete the contact. See knowledge article EBS: How to Delete Contacts in Everbridge Suite.
- Register them again to the member portal. See knowledge article EBS: How to Invite Contacts to Register to an Everbridge Organization’s Member Portal.
NOTE: There is no way for a user to see a contact's security question/answer.
