What URL should be used to logon to Visual Command Center (VCC) when using single sign-on (SSO)?

Answer:

The URL to Visual Command Center for a single sign-on user will be different than a user with an individual username and password. The default URL for users who are not using single sign-on is vcc.everbridge.net. For a single sign-on user, the URL will look similar to: <companyname>.vcc.everbridge.net. If your organization uses single sign-on, please reach out to your Everbridge Account Administrator or contact Everbridge Technical Support.
