How to map Delivery Methods to specific upload requirements in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Delivery methods can be mapped to suit specific upload needs.

Example:

Your organization wants to use the Phone 1 column in the upload file for contacts' mobile phone numbers, but finds that those values display in the Business phone delivery method.

Follow the steps listed below to change the mappings for delivery methods:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper left-hand corner.
2. Select Settings from the top menu bar.
3. Select Notifications from the menu on the left.
4. Select Delivery Methods from the sub-menu.

5. Select the pencil icon ( ) for the delivery method you wish to alter.
6. Enter the desired prompt in the text box and then select + Add.
