EBS: Activating Mobile Push Alerts for a Contact Linked to a User in Everbridge Suite

A Contact record was linked to a user record, and now the mobile registration icon beside that Contact record (to invite them to use the Everbridge Mobile App) is gone. How can I invite the Contact to use the Everbridge Mobile App to activate the Mobile Push Alert delivery method for them?

Description

When a user record is linked with a contact record, it allows the user to log in to the Manager Portal, Member Portal, and the Everbridge Mobile app using their Manager Portal login credentials.

To enable the Mobile Push Alert delivery method for the linked contact, they must log in to the Everbridge Mobile App using their Manager Portal login credentials.
