How to enable notification escalations in Everbridge Suite.


To enable notification escalation for an organization in Everbridge Suite, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper left-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Settings tab from the top of the page.
  3. Click Notifications from the left.
  4. Click Default Options from the sub-menu.
  5. From Notification Escalations, select the desired checkboxes for Incident Management and Mass Notification.
  6. Click Save.
