How to enable Notification Escalations in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Notification Escalations can be enabled by either an Account Administrator or an Organization Administrator. To enable Notification Escalations for an Organization in Everbridge Suite, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select your Organization.
2. Select Settings > Organization > Notifications > Default Options
3. Select the General tab under Default Options
4. Toggle the Escalation button to On
5. Click Save
