The Everbridge phone launch feature makes it possible to launch a notification or incident template, or a scenario, using a touch-tone input from a phone by calling one of the numbers listed below.

Message Confirmation

When sending voice notifications, configure the voice mail preference to "Message With Confirmation" so contacts can call back to confirm receipt of the message. The various message confirmation numbers are listed below.

• Pay phones not guaranteed in Denmark, France, and Hong Kong. Pay phones blocked by Japan Telecom.
• Mobile phone access depends on recipient’s mobile carrier in Norway, Australia, Philippines, and Poland.

Phone Resubscribe

When receiving phone messages, contacts have the ability to unsubscribe per a prompt that plays back at the end of the message. However, if contacts wish to resubscribe, they can call one of the numbers listed below:
