What happens when a notification from Everbridge is sent to voicemail?
When notifications are sent to a contact's voicemail, it is usually recorded like any other call. However, depending on specific organization and/or notification settings, contacts may receive:
- no message
- the voice notification message
- the voice notification message plus information to confirm receipt of the notification.
