Analyzing Notification delivery details in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Analyzing your Notification data is a vital part of boosting your organization's resilience. You can review this data through the Notification Details page, and more specifically through the Delivery Details sub-tab.
Go to manager.everbridge.net
1. Dashboard
To get to the Notification Details page, we need to start on the Active / History page. The Active / History page is shown immediately after sending a Notification.

To navigate there from the Dashboard, select "Communications."

Hover over "Notifications."

And select "Active / History."

Once on the Active / History page, you can click any Notification title to look at how it performed.

Choose the "Campus Closed for Juneteenth" option
7. Details
The Details page provides valuable information on how the individual Notification was delivered, including the Settings, Contacts and Delivery Methods.
8. Actions
You can take actions on your Notification such as stopping its broadcast.
9. Rebroadcast
Rebroadcasting the Notification.
10. Send Follow Up
Or, sending a Follow-Up Notification.

You can also view the results of the Notification and view who confirmed receiving it.

Starting from the top of the Notification Details page.

You can see the Notifications title.
14. Notification ID
Its ID.
15. Status
As well as its Status.
16. Status
This information can be viewed for both Active and Inactive notifications. Next to the Notification title are two icons.
17. Bar Graph
The Bar Graph icon displays the "Detailed Notification Analysis" Report in a new web browser tab.

Access detailed notification analysis feature.
19. Notification Data Zip File
The Arrow icon bundles, and downloads all the Notification data in a zip file.

Below, we get into the specifics.
21. Status Graph
A graph will display the status of your notification, meaning how many ways your contacts confirmed that they received your message, versus those who are potentially unreachable.

By clicking the "Method" sub-tab.

You can view a graph of the Delivery Methods used to reach those Contacts, and how successful each method was. To get a closer look at your Delivery Method success rates, you can view additional information under the Delivery Details sub-tab.

Scroll down and click this tab. From here you can see data from each contact selected to receive the Notification.
25. Confirmed Method
Looking at this row, we can see that Paulina confirmed that they received the Notification through Text message.
26. First Attempt
This was the First Attempt to reach them.
27. Confirmation Time
And their Confirmation Date, and Time is logged here as well.
28. Additional Details
Next to the Contacts row there is a plus sign. Click this to see even more information regarding the Contacts Delivery Methods.

Let's also display a few other message recepients to review their Delivery Details.

31. First Attempt
Within this example, we can see that Paul confirmed receipt of the message within the first attempt.
32. Confirmation Time
We can verify the message was Confirmed at 12:44 Pacific Time.
33. Delivery Method
Via the Text Delivery Method.

And we can confirm the Delivery Method Value, Phone Number here.
35. Delivery Details
For the next example, let's review Bethann.
36. Call Result
Bethann did not receive this notification because the Call Result shows, "Not Delivered - Bounced Email." We may want to check with Bethann and make sure we have the correct email address on file.

Using the Delivery Details sub tab is a great way to troubleshoot if your organization is having difficulty reaching specific people or when using specific Delivery Methods.
