How to use the Rich Text Format (RTF) Editor HTML Capability for Mass Notifications in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Starting with the May 2021 version of Everbridge Suite (21.1), the notification rich text format (RTF) editor has been enhanced to allow HTML editing of email and mobile app messages. This option is available for Mass Notifications only.

Using the HTML Source Code Editor

  1. In a New Notification, check Use custom Email/Everbridge Mobile App message. The RTF editor will appear.

  1. Click the meatballs menu (three horizontal dots) to reveal more options, including the HTML source code viewer (the empty tag icon).

  1. Paste your custom HTML code into the source code window.

  1. Add any missing images directly into the RTF editor (not the HTML source code editor) by copying and pasting or using the Insert/edit image button.
