Problem:

Clicking the PDF link for a report redirects users to the Everbridge login page instead of downloading the PDF file.

Root Cause:

A browser cache issue is occurring.

Solution:

Clear the browser's cache and cookies as described in Knowledge Base Article 000048109 - The Manager Portal Page Is Not Loading Correctly in Everbridge Suite.
