Question
Is there a way to review notifications sent by users with other roles in an Everbridge organization?
Answer
No. Users with roles (other than organization administrators and account administrators) can only see notifications sent by other users with the same role type that they have. For example, users that are assigned the "group manager A" role can only see notifications sent by users that are also "group manager A". This means that other group manager roles, such as "group manager B" will not be able to review notifications sent by those that are "group manager A".
This limitation can be particularly challenging for new administrators who may expect to see all notifications being sent in the Everbridge account. To address this issue, there are two potential solutions:
- Change the administrator's role to allow them to see all notifications. However, this may provide more access than desired.
- Ensure that all relevant notifications are sent using the same role as the administrators. This is often the preferred solution as it maintains appropriate access levels.
