Account/Organization Administrator

These roles have access to not only create templates, but to see and use any other template created by any other role. The Organization Administrator has access to all templates in any organization it has access to, and the Account Administrator has access to all templates in all organizations in its account. Templates created by these roles will only be visible to them, unless they are assigned to the Mass Notification Operator role.

Mass Notification Operator

No

This role has notification templates assigned to it by an Account or Organization Administrator. It can not create notification or message templates. Group Manager

Yes

This role creates the notification and message templates it will have access to. If an organization has more than one Group Manager role created, then that Group Manager role will only see templates created by that specific role. See the example below for illustration.

Dispatcher

Yes

This role's template access functions the same as the Group Manager role.

Data Manager

No

This role does not use templates.
