This article demonstrates notification template visibility between roles in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Roles have access to notification and message templates based upon a few different factors. The following explains how different roles have access to templates:

Account/Organization Administrator |

These roles have access to not only create templates, but to see and use any other template created by any other role. The Organization Administrator has access to all templates in any organization it has access to, and the Account Administrator has access to all templates in all organizations in its account. Templates created by these roles will only be visible to them, unless they are assigned to the Mass Notification Operator role. |
Mass Notification Operator |
No |
This role has notification templates assigned to it by an Account or Organization Administrator. It can not create notification or message templates. For steps on assigning this role templates, see knowledge article 000005322 - How to Define Which Notification Templates the Mass Notification Operator Role is Allowed to Access in Everbridge Suite. |
Group Manager |
Yes |
This role creates the notification and message templates it will have access to. If an organization has more than one Group Manager role created, then that Group Manager role will only see templates created by that specific role. See the example below for illustration. |
Dispatcher |
Yes |
This role's template access functions the same as the Group Manager role. |
Data Manager |
No |
This role does not use templates. |
