How a contact can log in to the Everbridge Mobile app (EMA) after getting a new phone.
If a contact is registered to the member portal, they can follow the steps in Knowledge Base Article 000012356 - Mobile: How to Log in to the Everbridge Mobile Application (EMA) If You Have Access to the Everbridge Member Portal
However, if contacts used the Everbridge Mobile App Quick Registration, they will need to be invited again with the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Contacts from the top menu bar.
- Find the appropriate contact and click on the Everbridge Mobile App Quick Registration icon. [ ]
- Click Yes to confirm sending the email invitation.
- Click OK.
The contact will then receive an email for quick registration to the Everbridge Mobile app as part of the organization.
