Contact upload failure error messages may be viewed under Contacts > Uploads > . Selecting the
upload results icon next to the desired file opens the Upload Results page, where the error is displayed.
Root Cause
These errors mean that a required name field was not provided for the contact in the upload file:
- Missing value in the following required column: First Name — the First Name was not provided for the contact.
- Missing value in the following required column: Last Name — the Last Name was not provided for the contact.
Solution
Ensure that each contact in the upload file includes a value in the required name columns, specifically the First Name and Last Name columns.
