How to subscribe to Community Subscriptions
Description
Everbridge Community provides access to Community subscriptions through Find More Subscriptions.
Subscribing in Everbridge Community
- Sign in to Everbridge Community.
- From the Home Feed, select the Subscriptions Tab and click Find more Subsciptions.
- Search by subscription name, city, zip code, or specific address to find subscriptions you want to follow.
- Select the applicable Community subscription.
- Select Save Location or Subscribe.
A confirmation appears when the subscription is successful. The subscription is then available under Subscriptions.
Find More Subscriptions can also be accessed from Subscription Management by selecting Subscriptions, then Find More Subscriptions.
Subscribing by SMS keyword
Organizations can also provide keywords for subscribing to Community subscriptions and receiving SMS messages.
- Open the SMS messaging application.
- Enter 888777 or 333111 as the recipient.
- Enter the subscription keyword provided by the organization.
- Send the message.
The keyword determines which type of messages are received and can correspond to specific topics, such as alerts, updates, or notifications.
A confirmation or welcome message is typically received after the keyword is sent. Messages associated with the selected keyword continue to be delivered until an opt-out request is submitted.
