How can I unsubscribe from Community Subscriptions? 

Answer

To opt out of an individual Community Subscription and stop receiving SMS messages for that subscription, text STOP to 888-777 or 333-111. You will receive a list of available subscription keywords. To opt out of a specific subscription, text STOP followed by the subscription keyword. The keyword is the same one used to opt in to SMS messages for that subscription.

To opt out of all Community Subscriptions and stop receiving SMS messages from all subscriptions, text STOP ALL to 888-777 or 333-111.

STOP ALL immediately unsubscribes the phone number from receiving messages from all Community Subscriptions. No additional steps are required.

After opting out, messages will no longer be received unless a new subscription is completed by texting a valid keyword.
