| Scheduling Mandatory Replacement |

This enhancement reduces the time spent searching for information and helps users get the guidance they need directly within their workflow. The initial release focuses on product support questions, with plans to expand to broader knowledge and additional use cases over time. The assistant does not currently access or use PII. The ManageBridge HD app (iPad-only) will reach end-of-life on July 31, 2026, and will no longer be supported after this date. Customers currently using ManageBridge HD are encouraged to migrate to the Everbridge ManageBridge app, which supports iOS across iPhone and iPad in a single unified application. To ensure uninterrupted mobile access and continued support, users should download and begin using the Everbridge ManageBridge app prior to July 31, 2026.
