Locating Call Results in Everbridge 360™ Communications

Description

Call Results provide visibility into the delivery status of each communication by delivery path. The Communication Confirmation Status report can be used to identify and review Call Results for all delivery methods used in a communication.

Access the Communication Confirmation Status Report

To access the report:

  1. Navigate to Communications > Communication List.
  2. Select the desired communication.
  3. Choose Details next to the Confirmation Status dashboard.

Filter Confirmation Status

Once the report loads, filter the results by confirmation status to isolate unconfirmed recipients:

  1. Select the Confirmation Status filter.
  2. Unselect the checkbox next to "Confirmed".

This filter isolates recipients who have not confirmed receipt and allows review of delivery outcomes.

Filter by Delivery Path

Filter by delivery path to isolate Call Results for a specific delivery method. This allows focused review of outcomes such as email delivery without interference from other delivery channels.

  1. Select the Delivery Path filter.
  2. Choose to review a specific Call Result.

This view displays all Call Results associated with the selected delivery method.

Review Call Results

The report displays Call Results for each recipient, indicating whether the communication was sent, not attempted, or failed for the selected delivery path.

These results can be used to support troubleshooting and identify delivery issues.
