A new Map widget has been added to the Communication Details page that displays the geographic polygon used when the Communication was launched. When a polygon is selected for geographic targeting, the exact shape of the targeted area is shown directly within the Details view. This enhancement allows operators to quickly confirm the geographic scope of a communication without navigating away from the Communication Details page. | New IP Addresses for Contact and Group Integrations |
|
The IP addresses used by the Contact and Group Integration feature are being updated. If your Organization uses Contact and Group Integration to import Contact and Group data directly from an HRIS and whitelists IP addresses for this integration, you must add the new IP addresses to your firewall before the release. After the release, the previous IP addresses will no longer be valid. New IP Addresses (Effective March 2026 Release):

| Operator Confirmation for Communications |

Operators can now confirm or respond on behalf of Contacts within Communications. This allows users with the appropriate permissions to update a Contact’s response status directly from the Communications interface. This feature is useful when Contacts are unable to respond themselves or when operators receive confirmation through other channels (such as phone calls or in-person communication). By allowing operators to record responses on behalf of Contacts, Organizations can maintain more accurate and up-to-date status information during emergencies. Availability: This enhancement is free for all Communications customers and must first be enabled at the Organization level from Settings > Notifications > Default Options. | Default Intervals Between Cycles |

Organizations can now define a default value for messages' Interval Between Cycles. By allowing administrators to configure a default interval, Organizations can better align with the Broadcast Duration timing for their communication strategies and operational requirements. Organizations within an Account can now configure Single Sign-On (SSO) settings independently for the Manager Portal. This allows Organizations to use different identity providers without impacting other Organizations within the same Account. Availability: This enhancement is free for all customers. An Account Administrator must first enable this capability at the parent Account level from Settings > Security > Single Sign-On for Manager Portal before the configuration options will become available in the Organization Security Settings for the individual child Organizations. The Layer Library introduces a centralized catalog of contextual layers within Visual Command Center. Users with the new Modern interface applied can browse, search, and add layers to their active workspace, temporarily hide layers, and re-enable them as needed. This feature makes it easier to discover relevant information while reducing map clutter during operational monitoring and incident response. | Flexible Definition of Affected Assets and Contacts in CEM Orchestration |

Organizations can now choose whether Alerts should include only the Contacts and Assets that triggered the Alert (the existing behavior), or all Contacts and Assets located within the Alert area. This option provides greater flexibility when configuring Alert Rules in CEM Orchestration. Administrators can maintain precise triggering conditions while also ensuring that all potentially impacted Contacts and Assets within the Alert area are included in Alert Notifications. Impact to Client: None. This feature does not change existing rules. To use the new Alert configuration option, customers must enable it in the CEM Orchestration Setup page.
