Operator Confirmation for Communications

Operators can now confirm or respond on behalf of Contacts within Communications. This allows users with the appropriate permissions to update a Contact’s response status directly from the Communications interface.

This feature is useful when Contacts are unable to respond themselves or when operators receive confirmation through other channels (such as phone calls or in-person communication). By allowing operators to record responses on behalf of Contacts, Organizations can maintain more accurate and up-to-date status information during emergencies.
