What's New in Everbridge 360™ (Includes Mass Notifications unless otherwise specified)
Schedule Communications General Availability

Users can now create one-time or recurring scheduled Communications for optimal delivery timing. They can edit, pause, or delete schedules at any time, maintaining full control over their timing and content. This enhancement helps ensure timely and relevant Communications while reducing the manual effort required for repetitive messages.

Attach Map and Report to Alert-based Communications

Users can now configure Communication Templates to automatically attach Alert Maps and/or Reports when launching a Communication from an Alert. This eliminates manual attachment steps, ensuring recipients receive the necessary visual and detailed context immediately.

Operator Confirmations for Notifications

Operators can now confirm or respond to Notifications on behalf of Contacts directly from the Notification Details page. This allows an Organization's operators to take immediate action, even if a Contact has already responded, ensuring faster and more flexible response management.

This feature is available to all customers at no additional cost. Administrators must first enable the Operator Confirmation setting in Settings > Notifications > Default Options to use it.

Relocated Operator Confirmation Setting

On the Notification Default Options page, the Operator Confirmation setting has been moved from the Incidents tab to the General tab. This change allows administrators to configure Operator Confirmation for both Notifications and Incidents in one place, simplifying setup and improving consistency.

Enhanced SMS Polling Footer

SMS Polling Notifications now include clearer response instructions in the message footer, helping recipients understand how to respond correctly, improve response accuracy, and reduce the number of invalid replies.

Disabled Late Confirmation

Everbridge Suite will no longer accept confirmations or responses after a broadcast or Notification has ended. This change resolves inconsistencies caused by late confirmations, ensuring data accuracy and preventing responses from being recorded after a broadcast has closed.

This update will be applied systemwide for all customers and does not require configuration or setup.

Microsoft Entra ID Group Integration

Administrators can now set up automatic Group Integration with Microsoft Entra ID, enabling seamless synchronization of group hierarchy and membership data between Entra ID and Everbridge Suite. This enhancement streamlines user management by ensuring group structures remain consistent across both systems.

Incident Data Retention in ITA Dashboard

The data retention policy for Incident data displayed in the ITA Dashboard now aligns with the standard Incident data retention policy (up to 18 months).

This change applies to all customers. After this change, the ITA Dashboard will display data for up to 18 months.

Customizable Landing Page for Custom Roles

When editing or creating a Custom Role, Administrators can now configure a default landing page, allowing users with that role to land directly on the page most relevant to their daily tasks.

What's New in Everbridge Mobile
Custom Roles Support in ManageBridge

Users with Custom Roles can now log in to the Everbridge ManageBridge mobile app. This update expands access to the app for Organizations using Custom Role configurations, improving flexibility and alignment between desktop and mobile experiences.

Location Search and Time Filters on Everbridge 360 Mobile Risk Map

Everbridge 360 Mobile users can now search for specific locations on the Risk Map to zoom in and view relevant Risk Event data quickly.

Additionally, new Time filters (Last 7 Days, Past 24 Hours, Today, Next 24 Hours, and Next 7 Days) allow users to view both recent and upcoming Risk Events, such as planned demonstrations or road closures.

What's New in Visual Command Center
Enhanced Risk Event Categorization in Situation Reports and Global Highlights

Everbridge Situation Reports and Global Highlights now include enhanced Risk Event Categories, allowing for more precise alerting and filtering. Two new categories have been added:

  • HAZMAT/Fire
  • Local Disaster

These enhancements help organizations better prioritize Alerts and focus on the risks most relevant to their operations and are available for all customers with Everbridge Global Highlights and Situation Reports.

Action Required:
These Risk Event Categories are already available, and Risk Events will begin using them on November 17, 2025. Please update workflows for Everbridge Situation Reports and Global Highlights before this date to ensure continued Alert coverage.

Disease Outbreak Risk Events from BlueDot

Everbridge now validates Disease Outbreak Risk Events using data from BlueDot, a trusted third-party provider of medical risk intelligence. Each event includes a concise summary, title, and location details provided directly by BlueDot’s medical intelligence team.

These Risk Events appear in both the Everbridge Risk Events and Everbridge Travel Risk Events feeds. Events may include multiple locations, each displayed as a pin on the map.

What's New in Physical Security
Everbridge Physical Security Feed

The new Everbridge Physical Security Feed integrates physical security systems with Everbridge 360, enabling Organizations to monitor both internal and external security events within a single platform. The feed surfaces key Risk Events in real time for faster, more informed responses.

Supported Event Types include:

  • Site Intrusion: Detects door-forced or intrusion alerts.
  • Staff Emergency: Captures panic and duress activations.
  • Shot Detection: Surfaces urgent detection events instantly.

Remote Lockdown

The new Lockdown capability allows operators to quickly secure facilities by locking doors and arming intrusion systems through integrated Physical Security sensors. This feature provides real-time visibility into the current physical state and enables fast, informed responses during emergencies.

Gunshot Detection

The Gunshot Detection integration provides a unified view of internal and external gunshot detection events within Everbridge 360. This enhancement enables GSOC operators to respond faster by correlating detection alerts with other security data, such as video or location information.

Minor Improvements to Existing Features - All Products

Everbridge 360 Contacts Interface Reskin The Contacts, Groups, and Rules pages in Everbridge 360 have been updated with a new, modernized skin. Users utilizing Everbridge 360 will experience a unified look and feel across these pages. 
Everbridge 360 Crisis Management Dashboards Users can now attach Dashboards to Critical Event templates. Dashboards are automatically added and displayed when a Critical Event is launched.
