What's New in Everbridge 360™ (Includes Mass Notifications unless otherwise specified)
Schedule Communications

Users can now create one-time or recurring scheduled Communications for optimal delivery timing. They can edit, pause, or delete schedules at any time, maintaining full control over their timing and content. This enhancement helps ensure timely and relevant Communications while reducing the manual effort required for repetitive notifications.

Using Alert or Template Polygons for Alert-Based Communications

The new Alert Polygon and Template Polygon application feature gives users control over which geographic area is used to define message recipients when launching a Communication from an Alert. By default, the system uses the Alert’s polygon to reach those in the affected area, but users can choose a Template’s predefined polygon when needed. This flexibility ensures that Communications target the right people while minimizing the risk of miscommunication.

This enhancement is free for customers who can send a Communication from an Alert, and it won't affect existing settings. Note that if the Operator’s Form permissions do not allow editing recipients on the selected template, the operator will not have access to edit the template polygon.
